GT Independent Study Topic

The independent study that I chose was short stories. I chose this topic because I enjoy short stories that even though short, are interesting and you don't lose interest as fast. I chose 13: Thirteen Stories That Capture the Agony and Ecstasy of Being Thirteen by James Howe. I chose this book because the title immediately grabbed my attention since its describing where I am right now.

  2. I enjoy short stories, too - especially scary ones! If you were to create a book report, how would you summarize all of the stories into one report? What information from the book would you need to include?

  4. Jocelyn,
Do you know who James Howe is? He is an author who is best known for writing the Bunnicula series about a vampire bunny. No, really, a vampire bunny and this came out way before Twilight. There are some really good authors contributing to the book. Let me know if you want to know more about some of the authors.
